FAQs

Is therapy right for me?

If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward, therapy can help. You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit — many clients begin feeling relief after just a few sessions.

What can I expect in the first session?

We’ll explore what’s been bringing you in, what goals you have, and how I can support you. Clients often leave their first session feeling heard, understood, and hopeful for the path ahead.

How often will I need therapy?

Most clients start with weekly sessions. However, we’ll decide together what frequency is most helpful for your goals, schedule, and resources.

Do you accept insurance?

I am in network with the following plans:

Cigna - Aetna - BCBS of TN - Carelon - Quest - BCBS of MA

By the end of Summer 2025, I expect to be in network Optum (United Health, Oscar, and Oxford). If I’m not in network with your plan, you can self-pay for your appointments and I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance if your plan provides reimbursement.

What are your rates?

The cost is $150 per 50 minute session for individual therapy and $170 per 50 minute session for couples and family therapy.

Do you offer teletherapy?

Yes. Secure, HIPAA-compliant video sessions are available to anyone located within the state of Tennessee. This offers flexibility, while still providing personalized, effective support.

How do I schedule a session with you?

If you’re ready to schedule, you can view my calendar here.

What ages do you see?

I work with adolescents (10+), adults, couples, and families.

Let’s customize the care that's right for you.
