Joshua Hawkins began his career as a full-time therapist after earning his Master of Christian Counseling degree from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. He utilizes a client-focused and integrative approach to support individuals navigating various life challenges. His primary areas of focus include the treatment of anxiety, depression, and trauma. Joshua specializes in working with children and adolescents but also serves adult clients.
He draws on a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, and Brainspotting, to help clients achieve their therapeutic goals.
In his personal time, Joshua enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants and recipes, building LEGO sets, and spending quality time at home with his wife and three black cats.
