Melanie Singeltary, MA,
Clinician Under Supervision
Melanie works primarily with thoughtful individuals, supporting clients in their journey to understand themselves on a deeper level, process past wounds, break old patterns, set healthier boundaries, and reconnect with their authentic selves. She specializes in supporting clients navigating attachment wounds, trauma, anxiety, depression, codependency, life transitions, ADHD, and high sensitivity—especially those who often feel alone or misunderstood in their experiences.
Her approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. Melanie uses Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help clients explore the different parts of themselves - those protective parts, hurting parts, or inner critics - and understand why they show up the way they do. She’s also trained in Brainspotting, which helps access and release trauma stored in the body, and the Townsend Model for Character Development, which supports building healthier patterns, resilience, and more balanced relationships.
She aims to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel seen and genuinely understood, so they can reconnect to themselves, build self-trust, gain clarity, and make meaningful, lasting changes—moving through life with greater ease, confidence, and authenticity.
