She recognizes that transitions like career shifts, changing relationships, health concerns, and redefining identity can all carry a kind of grief that deserves gentle, thoughtful support.

Before becoming a therapist, Stephanie built a career as a graphic designer and photographer, and this background shapes how she approaches healing. She loves helping people express what’s often “between the lines,” whether that’s through meaningful conversation, creative activity, or reflection.
